Administrator

NATE ROOT, LNHA

Nathan (Nate) has been in the Healthcare field for over 30 years starting out as a dietary Manager. He has worked in the Cleveland and Toledo markets as an Administrator as well as an Interim Administrator to train new Administrators coming in to the Healthcare Field. Nate has been with Levering Management since 2016. He and his wife Kim, a school teacher in the Bellevue area, enjoy working on their farm where they currently raise miniature horses, donkeys, peacocks and bees.

KAREN SMITH

Karen Smith, RN, has been a Centerburg, Ohio resident for the last 25 years. She graduated from Perry High in Canton, Ohio in 1983. She attended Nursing school at the Mansfield School of Nursing and graduated in 1998. From there she moved on and to get her BSN from Excelsior College in 2015. Karen has been an RN for 23 years. In her free time she loves to travel, bake, and spend time with her family. She enjoys working for Levering Management because of the teamwork of her caregivers to keep residents safe in a positive environment.

Ann Mason-Caudill

Ann has been in the healthcare field for 15 years starting out as an STNA. She graduated from North Central State Collage in 2013 from the LPN program. In her free time, she loves cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She enjoys working for Levering Management because of the care and compassion the residents receive.

Activities Director

Tammy Butterman

My name is Tammy Butterman. I am the Activities Director here at Morrow Manor. I have been employed here for 7 years and I have loved every minute of it. My greatest joy is watching our residents faces light up during an activity and knowing at the end of the day I made a difference. I have been married to my husband Bill for 33 years. We raised and homeschooled our 6 children. We now have 11 grandchildren. We love getting together and spending family time at our pond.

Business Office Manager

Megan Michels

Megan has worked at Morrow Manor for 25 years. She has held multiple positions during her time at Morrow Manor and is currently the Business Office Manager. Megan is a graduate of Highland High School. She and her husband Jason have been married for 22 years and have 2 wonderful children! In her free time, she loves to try out new recipes from her cook book collection, camping with her family, and spoiling her many animals. Megan enjoys working at Morrow Manor because of the home like atomosphere. " We are like family here!"
