Darlene Yake, AdministratorPhone: 419-768-2401 Darlene Yake has served as Administrator of Morrow Manor Nursing Center since 1986. Her desire to become an Administrator stemmed from her original roots as a Nursing Assistant and member of the dining services staff. Darlene lives in Cardington with her husband Tim and their two children, Emily and Austin. Connie Wyman, R.N., Corporate Manager of MDS / Resident Care PlansPhone: 419-768-2401 A native of Knox County, Connie graduated from Clear Fork High School and the Mid Ohio School of Practical Nursing at North Central Technical College. Connie’s career has spanned three decades in three different Levering Management Senior Living Facilities starting in 1976 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in the Food Service Department. Connie has worked at Country Court as a Nurse Aide, LPN and Charge Nurse RN. She became the Morrow Manor Director of Nursing and continues there as MDS Coordinator. Connie spends her free time with her family, especially on Family Game Night, which has become a night of laughter. Connie has two sons, a stepdaughter and three grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy fishing, boating, candle making and designing stained glass. |
